You must be 18
years of age to book the hotel.

The standard
check-in and check-out time is 01:00 noon. Early check-in and late
check-outs are on request, subject to availability and may be
chargeable by the hotel.

The above
booking price includes room, taxes and meals as indicated.

All other extra
/ incidental charges are to be settled directly by the customer with
the Hotel.

Prices and room
availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Failure to check
into the hotel will attract the full cost of stay at the hotel being
charged to your credit card.

There will be no
refund on airport pickups cancelled within 48 hours of check-in
date.

Changes or
cancellation, please refer cancellation policy.

All hotels
charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement for the Christmas eve and
New Year's eve on the stay during respective periods. Besides, other
special supplements may be applicable during festival periods such
as Diwali, Dusshera etc.

The charge for
the same as applicable at the hotel would have to be cleared
directly at the hotel.

Mission India
Hotels shall not be responsible for any such additional charges
levied by the hotel other than the room charges.

Legal Capacity :
To transact you must have the legal capacity to enter into this
agreement (i.e. You are above 18 years of age and are of sound
mind). Mission India hotels does provide services that may well be
availed by children/minors. If you allow children to use your
account it will be your responsibility to monitor their use and
liability will be yours in the event that there is breach of this TC.

In case of any
transaction failure due to any technical error wherein the credit
card of the transactor has been

debited but the
booking has not been issued, Mission India Hotels would reverse the
debited amount back to The transactors credit card.

All disputes are
subjected to Jodhpur Jurisdiction only.
